The petition for a writ of certiorari is denied, but, in accord the parties' concessions in this court, the only issue which the trial court will decide in the charging lien proceeding is the exact property to which a $90,000 charging lien should temporarily attach in this case. The legal malpractice issue involved in the charging lien proceeding shall not be passed upon by the trial court, and the determination of the final amount of the charging lien and the attorneys' fee pursuant thereto shall await the final outcome of the petitioner's legal malpractice action. Hubbart, Cope and Gersten, JJ., concur.
